About to Install Rear Koni's - Advice!

I am assuming this will be very straight forward, but maybe I am wrong.

Does anyone know of a location for a quick tutorial with pictures for installing rears on a stock '87 NA? I searched but found nothing.

I had assumed I just jack it, off with the old - on with the new...but do I need to do anything with the springs? Compress them? Other? Please advise. Pix would be great if you have them. Thanks, Dan

Off with the old, on with the new. Pretty straight forward.

Let the rear suspension hang at full droop, but support the contol arm with a jack before removing the lower bolt. If you don't support the arm, it will can damage the threads when you remove/install the bolt.

The shocks limit the downward movement of the arm, so the arm will want to droop a little more when you remove the bolt.

Thanks Jeff...and Wolf. So it is as easy as it seems, great. Only wish the front struts were that easy. Those come next!
