Where can I find...
 

The windshield washer spray fittings? The valve (I guess) that actually sprays the water on the winshield. Mine are broken or clogged. I couldn't find them on pelican, maybe I missed them?

On mine it was the check valves:
Pelican #'s
B-628-433-00 (T shape, right side)
477-955-481 (L shape, left side)

Pay attention to the hose routing before you disconnect anything.

Cut the old oetiker clamps off with dikes. Replace them with small hose clamps, or get replacement oetiker's at McMaster (you'll need a crimp tool).

Those are the nozzles that spray the fluid? Mine came off with a little pice of hose that attaches to a joiner fitting, the "check valve- straight" on pelican. They came off pretty easily and it doesn't look like I'll need to cut anything to get them back on. All the fittings are just nipples that the hose slides over..maybe this was changed on the later cars?

Argh - yeah sounds like they changed things for the S2. I was not referring to the nozzles. Disconnect the hose between the check valve and the nozzle and try the washers for a short time. If fluid flows freely through the check valve (and I mean freely - use a towel or something), then it's time to look at the nozzle.

edit - oh - I see now your car is an '83 not an S2. So sounds like they changed from early to late (like you said).

Yeah, it flows fine without the nozzles. My car can be a little confusing sometimes...it's pretty bastardized.

The question remains: Where can I find the nozzles?

clogged nozzles maybe? i had to clean mine out with a pin and a can of compressed air..

Yeah they are clogged, but also the plastic tabs broke off when I was removing them.

i removed the delivery hose and blew it out with the nozzle on the end of the garden hose.
it's probably calcium buildup.
