Custom Licence Plate Frame
 
I am looking for a company that makes custom licence plate frames. I am specifically looking for a frame that can have custom writing at the top and the bottom, and be made from metal. I once saw a kiosk at a mall that could do it in plastic, but it was years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
