polishing phone dial wheels

i have 15 inch silver phone dials on my 944 na and i want to polish them. I saw a kit on tweeks for like 40 bucks. Is this a decent kit and can these wheels be polished well with this kit. Has anyone in here done this if you have what kit did you use.
