oil leaks

The weather's been bad, and I've been doing some projects over the winter, so the 944 hasn't been run much. I've started it a few times, but since I've been working on the steering rack, I haven't been running the engine. After a couple of weeks of not having been turned over, I started her. I don't think she cranked over 2 times before running, and the loudest noise came from the empty PS pump that quited down as it worked the air out. That's the good news.

The bad news is that I now have some rather troubling oil leaks. My cam box has leaked for some time, and I've gotten some mess from the oil filter/sending unit area, but I'm getting some good-sized spots on my garage floor. It looks like front and rear main seals (rear was changed last winter with my clutch) primarily. My engine has been oily, but rarely put anything on the floor (my under trays are uninstalled). Is there any chance that with some use that the leaks will lessen? Or am I in for resealing my engine this summer? And if I need to do front and rear seals, the cam box and oil pan, should I pull the engine? Is the head gasket a good idea if I'm doing all the other stuff too?
