Well its been good guys...

I tried callin you today CJ to let you know the news..I think I might be puttin my car up forsale soon.

But dont worry, I wont be gone at all...the new ride is an 87 944 in alpine white that I was eyeing yesterday

Bill over at rudtners said the car was forsale, make him an offer, so tomorrow Im going to take some pics of it and see how it is. He says it only needs some trim around the headlights and ebrake cables. Its also riding on some 18" 911 wheels, not sure of what kind though. I might end up parting my car off as a rolling chassis, with the entire drivetrain in it (sans the seats, gauge cluster, tailights and manual steering rack).

What do you think guys? Should I go for it?

"89 Dodge Colt hatchback: all in pieces again. Thanks thieves

This looks interesting,
add some solid lash adjusters and a main bearing alignment dowel kit along with a stage 3 head and away you go!!!!!!!!!!!!

What made you decide to give up the ghost on your car? (i am sitting here wracking my brain to think if I need any parts...)

well my car is somewhat tired, and im not happy about how the body isnt clean. He made me and offer I couldnt refuse. I just got new motor mounts put in today as well, and showed me the one he had outside. It runs good, clutch is good, body is in spotless condition, as well as the interior. I'll put pics up in the next post.

Haha. We dont use solid lash adjusters. We have hydraulic lifters in our motor, and they dont falter like the nissan ones do. Main bearings are real stout in a mitsu block, and I usually just use ARP main studs for my own good measure. 700hp anyone??

nah its just open. There isnt a hood latch on it. The mileage isnt known, but it looks to be fairly low given the condition of the interior and exterior. The car doesnt leak any oil either. If I can get mine sold the first thing Im going to do is the belts.

The only thing it needs are ebrake cables and headlights..the headlights he will provide and the trim covers. The gauge cluster is white faced, so I might sell that off cuse I want to keep my euro cluster.
