horn buton removal

Ok, this is probably very simple but I can't figure out how to remove the horn button from the steering wheel so I can acces the nut to remove th wheel....

pull it and it'll pop right off, it's just held on by some spring clips.

It has a wire attached to it. So pull in such a way that you don't break the wire. Prying is best.

Thanks guys, that was easy!
I'm going to remove my cluster gage and put some aluminum foil in there. I can hardly see my gauges at night.

Well I fixed the lights, I can now see the instrument gauge at night BUT now my odometer won't reset...
I must have disconnected something when taking out the cluster.

I know this is an old post but...

I believe the car needs to be running for the Trip Odometer to reset.

I had the exact same fear when I completed the Foil under the gauges mod. I fortunately turned the car on and hit the button before I tore the dash apart again.

I hope this helps another Pelican down the road.
