New Interior Overhead Light - VW!

This is (obviously) not a real big deal, but I thought I'd let the board know that the interior overhead light (and I think the one on the cargo area too) is avaialbe from yout VW dealership. It is closer to me than the local Porscghe dealership, so after putting up with mine intermittently falling out of the hole in the overhead and dangling by its wires, I finally bought a replacement today. $34 OUCH!! For this littel crappy plastic thingy. But mine was broken and so I couldn't put it back together again. I probably should have looked at the local boneyard, but oh well.

A part # here might be a nice entry for those looking to replace theirs in the future? Hint...

Holy Crap! It helps if you look around apparently.

I wanted to get one quickly, but not at 5x the Pelican price. Yes, I DID save my receipt and that sucker is going back this afternoon. Thanks for the heads up!

P.S. I thought I was being smart by not going to the Porsche dealership - what do they charge for this $6 item? $60?!
