Exclamation Bad Start Please Help!! Please

its official, my worst nightmare has just come true, today i decided to pull my car out of the driveway so i could get my moms 560sl and my bros 190e out of the backyard, i go to start... turn turn turn... sputter... then dies. tried again, then once more, nothing. tried again but with full throttle on start up, release and press full a couple of times and it starts up... but VERY badly, thin white smoke from the exhaust manifold, a mix between dark black smoke and thick white smoke from the exhaust, sounds like it may only be running on 3 cylinders, if i remove my foot from the gas while its running in this poor condition it either:
1. Dies
2. RPM drops to about 600, sputters for a few seconds, then dies.

someone please help me, i pulled and checked the spark plugs, they arent melted, but all four were covered in black, dont know why this is? i checked the gap in them made sure they were all correct and put them back in, started it up again, and same problem, some help, i dont know what to do next, i started to pull off the valve cover but then i thought someone on here might know whats going on more then i did, ive been trying to get it running for about an hour now and i dont want to move on until i get some feedback/tips ANYTHING, my car is my life, it makes me feel nauseous to see and hear it run like this, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
