I found fuse #29 but what year?

I posted a few days ago saying I couldn't find fuse 29 in the wiring diagrams. Since then I have gotten my hands on the factory manuals and found the fuse, yeah! After scrutinizing the diagrams I found that the 87 944s calls for a 15A fuse while the diagram in the cover of the fuse box calls for a 7.5A fuse. Interestingly the 88 944s uses a 7.5A fuse but I have the original sales documents saying that my car is indeed an 87. Regardless of all this the 15A fuse still burns up and it didn't fix my problem.
On to the next test.

If it continues to blow, change your AC relay and try again.

No, I've been looking for one at the local autoparts shops and they don't have one. I'm going to order it pretty soon.
I figured that it might be a commone part too, but I guess not.

Think it's the large silver one in the back of the fuse/relay box. About $150 at the dealer.

Looks like G17 is the AC relay. Not the pricy one for the fans.
