Front brake rotor help
Hi all,
Removed my calipers and the countersunk screws that hold the rotor onto the hub. Rotor still wouldn't budge. Had to remove the bearing and slide the whole assembly (lugs and all) off of the axle. I have also removed the lugs from the inner hub. Am I missing anything to seperate the rotor from the innner hub? Thanks in advance, GHEN

Later 944s use the 928 style of brake disc. If the screws are removed the disc should come off. If not needs pressing off and the hub thoroughly cleaning before refitting.

You can also use a 13 mm bolt (m8 x 1.25) in the threaded holes on the rotors to act as a puller to remove the rotor from the hub.

Thanks BritWrench, it seems like they are frozen together quite tightly.
