Short Shift kit any suggestions?

I am going to be changing the clutch, flywheel... and am also looking at tightening up my shifter linkage. I was looking into reducing the throw with a short shift kit. Does anyone have any experiance with short shift kits? Do they increase shifter feel? Are they more precise? Is it necessary to change the linkage on the tranmission side? Any goods ones out there?

Cheers

I have one of these on each of my cars: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33736&item=7969882918&rd=1
Shifts are crisp and tight and it reduces throw without having to change the factory shifter. Strongly recommended!

excellent..I appreciate the advice, that was actually the one I was looking at :-P Is it worth changing the linkage on the transaxle?

It's definately worth the slight aggravation to install. This replaces the transaxle linkage.
