P/S pulley removal
Hey everyone,
My power steering pump is leaking pretty badly, so I have a replacement in the mail. I was wondering if there are any tricks to getting the pulley out of the old pump and reinstalled in the new one? A friend told me that many cars hes worked on required a special puller to remove the pulley. On a 944 do you just have to take off the three bolts that are in the face of the pulley, or is there more to it? Any other tricky aspects of the pump replacement in general? thanks a lot, john

You should be able to pull the three bolts and jiggle it a little, and it should pop right off.
