speed ,reference replacement

well the car is still not running, i,ve been out of town for a
couple of weeks. I am trying to remove the two sensors to
replace them. HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET THEM OUT.
Has any body got any tricks they have used in doing this.
They don't want to move.

Thanks Rit

I had the same problem when i replaced my clutch. Those were the hardest part of the job. To remove the sensors take out the bolt that holds each one in. I sprayed WD-40 down under the sensors. I then climbed on top of the motor and grabbed the sensor and wiggled it back and forth as I pulled up on it. My arm was so tired i thought it was going to fall of. All this pain and they still didn't want to come out. I just kept at it.. spray, climb on motor, twist and pull.... rest.. spray, climb on motor, twist and pull..... then cuss... then cuss some more.
they did come out after alot of struggle. perseverence my friend.

Speedy:)

I had to remove the bracket (which involved removing the bellhousing) and pound the sensor out from the bottom. As was the case with Speedracing, this was the most frustrating aspect of my clutch job.
