Seeking tips on replacing Sunroof switch on center console
Tomorrow I want to install a new sunroof swith (infront of the shift knob) and am asking for tips on how to do that. Like what do I have to take apart? Does the "console" come apart or lift up or something? What do I unscrew? Thanks!
p.s. The reason I'm replacing the switch is that it only works intermittantly - sometimes pressing the switch does nothing. Other times it works. So I figure the switch is dodgy. The gears themselves work fine. If anyone thinks the "intermittant" switch problem is due to another reason please tell me. thanks!

could be dirty.
pop it out with a screw driver, r&r with the replacement or try to clean it.
