Does anyone have experience with chips for a late 944 NA? Do they actually do anything or are they a waste of money? Which ones are the best?
Thanks in advance! |

FR Wilk has a chip for the late model 944. Best bang for your buck.....PERIOD!!!
The chip will completely change the drivnig characteristics of your car. http://www.frwilk.com/

As will944 said, it will change the characteristics of your car. I have FRwilks powerprom 2 in my '88 924S. From what i can tell, the chip lowers the power band of the engine resulting in more power at lower RPM's. I dont know of any chip for a 9xx that claims an increase in HP... except maybe for a 951.

Here is the post from last October with dyno comparisons of a 944 with the wilk's chip on and off. Hope this helps. I really want to get one before the adapter boards are gone...
