I don't know about your area, but it feel high to me....I got a whole parts car for less then that, but it was a NA not a S.

How real is the 6 month warranty, do you think they wil keep thier word?

yah, here in CA it gets pretty expensive....i called a couple other places and for just an NA, they were looking to start from 700-800.......and the 6 month warranty is all on paper and they're a pretty reputable yard.......

it would probably be a little cheaper if i got one shipped from somewhere else, but that would make it difficult if i had any problems.....

at least with this one, i could personally go over there and slap anyone if there were any problems!!!

If you've been looking for a while, and pass on this one, how much longer will you need to find another one? Is it worth the wait to maybe save a couple bucks? Or maybe the next one you find has high miles and no warrenty. If somebody else buys this one are you going to be bummed?

Is the price negotiable?

I think trannies go for about $50/hour in New Orleans.

I have a trany in a parts car (early85) that I never saw run and was asking $200 for it, and now that seems low.

It sounds like a reasonable deal to me, especially with the 6 month warantee..
