shake with that milk please
I've read enough threads to convince me that my oil cooler seals are gone, (oil in coolant only) but in addition to the seals some threads have also recommended changing the
Oil pressure relief valve? 'O' ring? seal? use the alignment tool? Should all be changed? Thanks as always for the input

All of the above. Don't let the mix go much longer. You will over heat the car and ruin all of the radiator hoses.

Depending on how much oil you've got in your coolant, you may want to clean out the header tank and coolant hoses. I used garden variety paint thinner to clean the header tank and flushed the rest.
