Options list for 84?

Does anyone out there have an options list for the 84 944? I looked but I couldnt find much on the web. Thanks!

There isn't an option list for any one year. What you do is pull your hatch carpet and look for a sticker with "944 xxx" and a bunch of 3-digit codes underneath. Copy those down, and search for a master options list online. 944 FAQ might have links to a good listing.

The master option list is a jumble, but you can weed out things like "airbags" and "in-car phone" for an 84. You can get the general idea after that.

Wilk, I think you are looking at the AM DB5's option list... although this number does appear on a number of models' lists, they often refer to different options.

For example, on the Lotus Esprit it is submarine conversion. On the Esprit Turbo it is a self-destruct alarm system. On the BMW 750i, it is a remote-controlled drivetrain.

at least our german cars dont have to share the same electrical problems that most brit cars do, from the same period, :ie lucas electrics/AKA lucas, the prince of darkness !!lol.
