Wheel offset 86 N/A
What is the maximum offset wheel you can put on an 86 na without rubbing or sticking out of fender? Thanks.

All early offset wheels are the same offset. I've run 9" wide wheels with 255 tires on the rear with no problems. There may be room for 275s.
944 and 911 wheels are interchangeable. No other manufacturer uses Porsche's bolt pattern, so as long as you use early offset Porsche wheels, they will fit. The car looks cool with wide tires in the back, but it's actually more fun to drive with 225s all the way around. No more understeer. Much better handling. Especially with the limited power of an NA, you really can't use a 255 to its potential. But it does look cool...... |
