blacking out fuchs.
 

Im getting my tires repaced in a couple weeks...My fuchs look beat to death and im on a tight budget. I wat to paint the whole wheel including the lip flat black. What is the best paint to do this with.... The wheels are in very bad shape and have been poorly refinished before..... I wanna try something new and do it cheap. What kinda paint do i use that will last and what type of cleaner should i use?

For my race car, I sprayed a set of wheels down with brake cleaner, and hit them with rattle-cans. Worked just fine.
