How to remove front fenders?
Removing the front fenders from an 88 944 and have removed all the bolts but cannot get the fender off. What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get the ones that bolt to tha A pillar? There are 3 back there that are burried in the under coating. There is also one in the front where the header panel connects to the fender.

Also, there is a putty-like adhesive in the joints. I used a putty knife to separate the fender from the chassis.

Yeah Dan it was... Looks like the car was sandwiched. All-in-all, for $500 you can't beat that deal! New fenders and other parts are en route... Will be a nice daily deutschebag with A/C for work/school driving. Teener can be a funrun/AX car
