Pokey, I feel for you man

It's good that you came out in one piece too. When I chopped that telephone pole off a few years ago... Damn, these cars can really eat a lot of damage before the driver/passengers get hurt.

A few years ago I had someone do the same to me in my dad's 1973 911. Pushed into a center divider by a lexus, destroyed the front suspension and frame at 75mph. Lexus drives off and the cops come... police report says excessive speed, lost control. Without witnesses or other drivers' statements they WILL give you the shaft. Or unless there is significant damage where the other vehicle clipped you. Paint transfer is a good one.

Also in SoCal there are traffic cameras all about. Maybe the got lucky and snapped a pic?
