fuel pressure guage question

Does anybody know the thread size on the fuel rail test port? i bought a guage and need to get an adaptor

Haynes manual says its a 11 X 1.5mm adapter needed. I just used an extra rail cap, drilled it for a connector for my pressure gage. I think Skip from paragon products has a write up on doing this.

That I'm not sure of. Someone else who knows for sure? I doubt its a pipe thread though. Most likely just a straight metric tubing thread. Pipe threads are a tapered type thread, tubing threads are not.

I drilled a cap as well but couldn't get it to seal off very well. Do you have any hints?

I use an O-ring between rail and cap when using it. I have a cheapie O-ring kit I purchased from Harbor Freight tools. Not much torque on the cap needed while doing this.
