Squealing rough idle, help!

When starting the car and usually when in neutral the car idles rough from 200-900 rpms and while doing this it squeals in a high pitch. Is it a belt problem. At first i thought it was a vacuum leak disrupting my normal idle. Its an 83.

most usually its a belt but I had vacum leak on my intake manifold do the same thing also(some had 2 gaskets on 1 runner, oh wait that was me)

I think it may be a problem w/ one of my injectors. It might be stuck. The car doesnt seem to run on all 4 cylinders when this problem occurs. The guy i bought the car from had the same problem, bought a new injector but the problem stopped so he never put it in. It has gone away again but its intermittent. Should i just replace the one injector or do all 4?

I recommend having all four injectors cleaned and flow tested.

I have never used them, however i have heard all positive things about them. This beats paying $100 per injector to replace them with new ones.
