Fender Installation

So I'm finally getting around to replacing my busted up fender. The process seems relatively straightforward, but I'm a little uncertain about what substance I should be applying to the seam between the fender and the body when I install the replacement. Is it just silicone sealant or something else?

Just make sure there is no rust where the two mateup. You can use tape to mark off the areas and use Rustolium (sp). Let it dry and use a thin coat of RTV. Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Larry
