how do you remove a stuck cylinder head?

My cylinder head is stuck. I have removed the 8 nuts, the 2 smaller bolts at the front, the manifold and h20 pipes. Even removed the waterpump in order to tap the head from below on the front 2 tabs. I have used a pry bar on the 4 different corners and the head appears to be loose on the exhasut side, oil and water leaked from it. The inlet manifold side does not want to move.
What next, your help will be appreciated.
Thanks

There are a total of 10 head nuts on the head, are you sure you got them all?

If you are sure that you have everything, just keep tapping - sometimes they get stuck.

Don't forget the bolt at the front that always snaps and requires you to buy an extra $200 worth of taps and punches and drill bits and drill the old one out of the block.

When I took my head off, I double nutted the studs and removed the studs making the head much easier to break loose and it didn't have to lift up either which made things a bit easier as well.

can you post some pics?
if all is removed, bolts, belts, manifolds etc, then prying should remove a stubborn head unless there is some serious mechanical damage holding it in place (not likely). Reseat the head by pushing it back down and try prying a little at a time from side to side, if one side is pryed too much and the other side is left "low" it will bind. Careful not to pry on the head mating surface. Why are you removing the head.

Thanks earlr85944 and others
I was able to remove the head after 6 hours work. A black deposit, looks like oil/carbon was stuck between the 3 centre studs (at the inlet side) and the top. I placed a pry bar on two corners at a time and was able to loosen it a fraction. Pushed the head down and then took about 5 hours removing the deposit between the studs and top with small fine pieces of steel and needles.
After that I was able to remove the head.
