whats this part

If i look between my intake runners it looks like theres a round black plastic part thats covered in oil and has a vacume hose i believe. What is this part? I noticed it because im trying to find a vacume leak i can hear but bant find anywhere. It sounds as though its coming from under the intake but ive already replaced all the vac lines on the tb and the cv and all related hoses are gone.

i'll tell you, i removed the intake on my 951 recently, found all sorts of problems. loose hose clamps, a split hose, you name it. car runs like new now.
