Wheel bolts
This is a long story, but does anyone know how to remove the wheel bolts from the front wheel hub (1987 977T). It appears thab they are just press-fit into the hub, but an aweful lot of hammering has not dislodged my damaged one.
Thank in advance. H

Take the hub off and press them out.

thanks, but ..
Thanks, for the response.
But, I have read that one can easily damage the hub (at $1K not a pleasant proposition). If properly supported, can I just hammer it out?

Your choice, I would press them out properly. Hammer and aluminum is not a good combination.
