Sunroof Seals: How do I install them?

Due to leaks and visible degradation, I just bought both the inner and outer sunroof seals from our sponsor (Pelican). Now I ask: how do I install them, specifically, what are the tricks, solvents, and adhesives that I should use and what are the pitfalls I should avoid?

Uhmmmmm I just pressed them in.

I have replaced a couple of sets and they hold in place just fine.

Hmm. I have new ones on the way too. I was trying to mess with the old one on the body the other day. My headliner had come out a little bit and I was trying to get it back in. I couldn't get it to stay. Is it glued to the body? Is there some good way to hold it there until I get the gasket on. Maybe some 90 strength 3M contect cement.
