How Do You Actually Remove The Pads

Well my search resulted in squat. I want a detailed step by step on removing the rubber bumperettes yet everyone says they've done it but not how. If im staring at my car like a 6 year old what do I do to remove the bumperettes. What tools will I need. Please help I'm going nuts with a search that has photos but no step by step.

I just took the remaining pads off a spare bumper i got. Looks like it was just held on by some 10mm nuts that screwed onto studs in the bumper pad.

WOW! It isn't that hard. Look at it. PB blaster FIRST, is your friend! A lot of these kinda things, will come clear to ya, as far as WHAT you need to do.........if ya just LOOK at it. No harm intended here, just realize, there are NOT step by step instructions for "basic" ........and I mean "basic" mechanics.
