Spark Plug Service Interval
 
Anyone know what the service interval is for normal spark plugs (in miles). For '86 944 NA.

Maintenance schedule says every 30k.. At $4 each, I've got accustomed to 15k.

40k shouldnt be thaaat big of a lapse. Be sure to check the old plugs for carbon, oil, glazing, etc..

Remember that these cars use copper plugs. I don't think I've ever had to pay more than $2.50/plug.
