944/944T throttle position sensor
 

I was told that a 944/944T has a throttle position sensor that has an integrated idle switch and WOT switch. Does anyone have a part number for such a beast? Or better yet, does anyone have one they would be willing to part with???

The NA 944 uses 944 606 113 01 - M14. The turbo 944 uses 951 606 113 00 - M14. I think the NA only uses the idle and WOT positions. The turbo uses these plus the actual throttle position. Pelican sells the NA for $80.25 and the turbo for $121.75.

I'm going to see if the 944 NA version can be adapted onto a 993TT throttle body. I need an idle switch and a WOT switch, and it's a lot easier to mount if it uses the end of the throttle shaft instead of mounting two unique switches at the extremes of the lever travel.

I bring up this thread again after 5 years :) cause if the 951 606 113 00 - M14 is the 0280120400 it has not the WOT switch integrated.
I have it here and tested all the way.
The only things that i get are:

pins 1-2 5V input
pins 6-4 idle switch
pins 2-3 pot output (variable resistance).
