Does a 968 Exhaust fit a '91 S2?

I just bought a B & B 968 Stainless cat back exhaust system.

Does it fit my 1991 S2? If not what mods are needed?

I'm not sure about from the cat to the muffler but from the muffler back they are not the same. On the S2, the pipe exits straight out and the 968 has a curve in it to exit closer to the side of the car.

Looks like I'm going to be selling my swap meet treasure. The guy said it would fit my S2.
