It's never too soon to teach them how to do it properly
The grandbaby Morgan is already interested in the Porch. I had to promise her that she gets it when she is 18. Oh well it's lasted 22 years already, what's another 16.

I see no issue with a 2 year old with her own "porch" as long as it has railings!:)

one more try and then I'm killing the thread

T'was a dark and dreary night.... :)
My daughter was riding in mine since she was first born (1990). She grew up with it and she told me that she wanted that car when she was somewhere around three or four. She said she wanted it because she liked the way the doors sound when you open them. I laughed. Well, she is now 15 and has one of her own....and still likes the way the doors sound when you open them. Sounds like it's going to be similar for you! Obviously your granddaughter has good taste. |
I just turned on the lights
|
she wants this one too!!!!!!!
|
Tell her she can't have either since you're giving them to me:D
Nice cars, cute little girl:) |
Obvious there is no inbreeding happening here! She has some taste and intelligence! If it were a Ford or Chevy I would start to be concerned!;) j/k!!! What a DOLL!
I will send you a dollar and when she hits 18 have her use that dollar to phone me!:) Dal |
Thanks, she's a lot of fun. Our son is a single dad so we get to have her help us quite a bit. She really tries to help.

Clever clever clever. Those little 2 year old hands have all sorts of clearance to get in those tight spots. How is she with a torque wrench?
Reminds me of my niece. Very cute. |
She hasn't tried that yet. I'm just afraid she may grab a DA sander and try to "clean" the side of my 964. You really have to keep an eye on them. Our kids were never really into cars which is amazing as I have always had cool stuff. Our son has truly dissapointed me, he is a tie wearing conservative accountant, cars to him are "transportation". Our daughter is an artist in Chicago and does not "feel the need" to own something that is "destroying our planet". Her only POV is an Aprilia Scarabeo 50 I gave her for Christmas in 05. Maybe I can get on Dr Phil and he can tell me where I went wrong. I did'nt hate my mother, she had a 65 GTO then a Jag XJ6 so Freud's input won't help.

If you ever want to adopt someone to pass those gorgeous cars on to, I may be able to help, Dad.
Maybe the car bug skips a generation? |
My daughter also loves my car.... loves to help clean the wheels... I hope to still have it when shes old enough to drive it.. I have to still get another two more... one for my 4 month son and one for me.. :)

Maybe the girls will wind up meeting at a PCA gathering in 14 or 15 years in their old 944s. I decided that I was going to keep this one as it is worth very little to sell and also we have had it since new.
