Part identification help needed
 
I am near the end of parting out a 84 944 and I came across a metal box. Part # 412 205/5/1.......944617127.00 It is made by VDO and has 14 male pins on it. It was behind the consol about where the cd player was..Anyone ????? Thanks

Thanks, my cruise never worked so Its probably junk.
