Wiring for rear fog light switch (1980 924)

I'm having some trouble in wiring the rear fog light switch. When I got the car the centre console had been ripped out and all the wiring left in a mess!

I have several odd wires connected to nothing and a switch with 3 male terminals plus two for the bulb.

I also have an odd shaped plug connector with two female 6.3mm terminals and two smaller female terminals, this plug doesnt seem to match up to anything I have!

What colour wires should eb going to the terminals on the back of the switch?

And does anyone have any idea what the odd shapped plug connector is for?!?

I have looked at the 924 wiring diagram but the rear fog switch wiring seams to be left out/ ignored!

The closest I could find a fog light circuit was an 82 924. The 1980 factory wiring does not show any take offs for a fog light circuit. However one could use the 1982 as a go-by.

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?

Get the PDF PET files off of the Porsche web pages. Get the electrical diagrams off of Pelican. Start figuring it out.
