				Alternator and Voltage Regulator

If I buy a new (or rebuilt) alternator, will it come with a voltage regulator? For example, the unit for sale here on Pelican?

Thanks! I think one or the other is going bad...so I thought if I get in there, I might as well replace both. I was just wondering if ordering the alternator would suffice.

Doesn't getting to the VR on a 951 involve the same procedure as getting to the alternator itself?

Well, I finally got the alternator out. I'm going to send it off for a rebuilt. There is no way I'm putting it back in the way it came out. I'm going to do an AC delete so the alternator sits lower and it is easier to get to.
