Porsche Crest Front Brakes going for an Overhaul

Well. after the shaking and pulsing when braking. I decided to go ahead and overhall the front braking system for now.

Rotors,Bearings,Seals,Pads, Caliper rebuild, Hoses

Since i'm installing new rotors and rebuilding the caliperts.should I
A. Paint the calipers and rotor surface that usualy rusts ( the hub )
B. Just install them like so and if they rust/oxidize a lil, oh well

If so, any input on the Paint on caliper stuff vs. High temp exhaust/manifold paint ( Could paint on the porsche smbol?). Good rusults, bad?

Uhmmm I would paint the hubs/calipers....... maybe black or silver.

The caliper paint they sell at parts stores works really well.....

Just try not to rice it up..... (red, yellow) etc........

Defenetley paint the hub parts, basically anything on the rotor which is not touched by the pad... paint it or its going to look like crap. I recommend using any high temp spray paint, makes it easier with some quick masking.

As for the calipers, use the high temp brush on stuff from Duplicolor, available at most auto chain stores including Walmart now. I would just paint them black or silver, anything else draws to much attention to the ugly single piston calipers .
