I'm thinking of a part...
I broke something while i was replacing my vacuum lines, its a small black and blue cylinder with a vacuum connection on each side, it was underneath the air manifold.
What is it? I'm at a loss. Thanks.

924RACR Wins the game. He has won the satisfaction of knowing what the part number of the blue and black vacuum check valve is.

You guys do know that the parts catalog is now available online at Porsche.com, right? It's in PDF form, same info, drawings, etc as in the PET...

As vacuous as a Bread Box
I did look at Pelicans website, and I did find the brake booster check valve but was put off by the photo that looked neither like a bread Box or the part i'd just broken. Bread box Piece I broke

Yes, you are correct, the link has been broken recently, but it was there and useful earlier...
Note that this can also now be legitimately bought from Porsche or the usual parts suppliers... Still, they should fix their website... ![]()
