Help with ground wires

Got the two small grounds hooked up on back of engine, I know where the short one goes inside the battery compartment. I have the two heavy gauge grounds left. Where exactly does the longest one bolt to and then the shortest? I have an 86 944.
Thanks,
Todd

Large on also goes to the back of the engine. If you can't find the right hole, use any bolt hole. Doesn't really matter. Just make sure a ground is present from battery to block and block to chassis.

The ground wiring on the 944's changed from year to year. Some have the ground from the engine directly to the battery then the battery to the fire wall. Some have the ground from the engine to the fire wall then from the fire wall to the battery.

When was the last time you changed your timing and balance belts and/or cam chain and tensioner?

OK, thanks a bunch guys for the info. I think I have it figured out. I think the short larger ground goes to the same place where the 2 smaller grounds bolt on the rear of the engine by the head , the longer heavy cable bolts at the bell housing on the drivers side and the last one bolts on the inside of the firewall by the battery.
Thanks,
Todd
