FINALLY! After almost a YEAR of waiting
The car is now registered into my name, and up to date!!! No more parking tickets! No more contesting said tickets! No more scanning for CHiPs on every freeway!
The investigation was closed, the DMV will re-issue the title of the car into my name, no parking violations on the car's record, all I had to pay was the registration fees to date ($195), and they gave me new tags! Woop woop!
