Glove box lock

My glove box lock doesn't work and I am going to replace it with a used one. But I want the key to be the same. So does anybody know how to remove the tumbler from the lock unit? The lock unit is on my desk now so it is out of the car and I can look right at it. Thanks for any help you have.

Eric

I thought any locksmit can match your new lock with your old key...

He can but he needs to get the tumbler out of the lock assembly. And he isn't sure how to do it.
