Air Flow Meter Part #

Hello,

Was cleaning out my dad's old storage unit and stumbled across this box of porsche parts, mostly his old 911 stuff. On the bottom was a box with a new air flow meter in it, bosch part # 0 280 202 064. Could sometime tell me if this is for a 944 or 924, and what years would it apply for.
Out of all the 911's he had an 84 944 that he drove for a while and was thinking this may be for it.
