Clunking brake calipers

Hi all,

I just rebuilt/painted my brake calipers and installed Zimmerman discs w/ Hawk pads and stainless hoses. Sweeeeeeeeeet setup, that's for sure.

But now everytime when I brake and release the pedal rather quickly, I can hear a light clunk coming from the rear. I think it is just the floating half of the caliper that has a little play (it wasn't an exact fit of the 2 halfs to begin with) and that it's nothing to worry about. But I just wanted to double check if anybody has heard of this before.

It brakes just fine, so that's all good.

OK, thanks for the confirmation. I was assuming that now everything is clean, you can hear ANY metal on metal contact.
