Wheel swop

I just bought a set of reconditioned teledial wheels on ebay. They haven't arrived yet but ...

Are these a straight swop for the cookie cutters? No need for different spacers on the rear? Are they alloy and therefore can I use the same alloy nuts as used with my old cookie cutters?

Size : 7J x 15 " inch off a 1985 Porsche 944 Lux 2.5L.

Cheers for any info.

They will fit your car. Just verify they are the correct offsets, should be 23.3mm.

Cheers! I assume that's done by placing a flat rule across the back rim and measuring down to the point where it contacts the hub - then doing the same to the original and checking they're the same?

The inside of the wheel should have the offset stamped roughly near the part #.

if they are the original wheels from a 1985 944, then they should fit your 83 944. I dont think the offset was changed until 1987, but double-checking the offset never hurts!

Yes, they will fit. In fact, you can tell from the picture that they're the 23mm offset...deep dish.
