is it or isn,t it that is the question.
Hi everyone , clearing my garage out, i,ve come across a gear change rod and stick with a 950 part number on it , is this a porsche model or not?. rod and stick look like they could have come out of a 944 or similar, but connection to gearbox is different and stick is mounted in a housing and not to the drive tube like normal 944,s . i know the the 944 turbo is a 951 ,but i,ve never heard of a 950 , is this worth keeping or is it for the trash, can anyone help. many thanks Rik......

What is the full part number?
I remember seeing a few references to a '950 transaxle', but I thought they were just typos referring to 959 gear. You haven't been parting out any 959's, have you? :) |
Hi, there are acouple of part numbers on part one of which is 950 424 103 0R, could this be the first part in building my own 959 from scratch, ha ha ...........

Probably part of the G50 transaxle, used on the later 911 Carreras.
