Price is in the middle. Look for all of the usual 944 things plus:
-Smoking under accelation (bad turbo seals). -Running hot (multiple causes). -Leaks (this car has a lot more places to leak oil from) -Vaccuum leaks (can have multiple symptoms) -Bad Blow Off Valve (car won't accellerate hard if stuck open, revs won't drop on upshifts if stuck closed) -Exhaust leaks (they will cause a loss in performance on a turbo)

Looks like a gorgeous car, but the "needs TLC" in the description worries me. As long as you inspect the car and drive it before making an offer, it could be a good deal.

PPI.
I can't stress this enough. You will know EXACTLY what you are getting into, instead of taking a guess.

Agreed. I had a PPI done on my 951 before I bought it. If your shop is anywhere near as detailed as mine, they leave no stone unturned.

I'll plan on getting the PPI done if the car looks promising when I actually get to see it up close. Thanks! Everyone
