Porsche Crest Introduction: 1987 944 n/a

Hello,

ive just bought my second 944 a few weeks ago, my first was a 1983 that i was restoring but didnt finish. I wanted a later model for the new dash and updates so i sold it.

I found this 1987 944 in my area, for only 1500, there is no records, clear title, odometer stopped at 163,000

but there is a different motor in it appearantly because there is yellow writting on my manifold and block.

there was rust in the battery tray as usual so we cut it out and riveted metal in there, and then fiberglassed all around, looks good and is very strong. Im going to por-15 that section later.

Its a 20 year old car so it needs odds and ends and alot of work. But there has been no accidents of any kind, everything is original. This car is a great example of a unmolested 944 that im going to be doing alot of work on. heres some crappy pics

needs some work, the previous owner didnt like the two tone brown, so he purchased and isntalled a black dash, i put the console in, now i dont know which color to go with,

i actually have the rear quarters in black and headliner in black and visors in black so i dont know what im going to do, definitly needs carpet, but i like the brown
