front bumper bolt - HELP, i lost it.
hi guys,
i took off the front bumper (in the snow) to replace the shock and i can't find the large/long retainer bolt that holds the bumper to the shock. what size is it? would a car parts store carry it?

jon,
i followed your plans on removing the front valence thing. i removed the bumper in the snow and drilled out thirty of so of the welds. it was an ultimate day in my life. i was ready to jump of a cliff (there aren't any around here) or just say F&^K it and do it. i did it by drilling, pulling, tearing, etc. i painted the fiberglass replacement and the two light doors. it was a success if you look at it from about ten feet away. i really should have the car repainted and have everything match!! you are a GREAT help. I hope everyone knows what a giving and smart person you are. Thanks!!! ernest

Ernest, where in NY are you located? The NNJ / MetroNY crowd usually does a get together around march / april somewhere in NNJ.
